Morris welcomes Olivia Cartwright

Morris Legal is delighted to welcome Olivia Cartwright as a summer clerk for 2021/2022. Olivia joined the firm as a part time law clerk in June 2021 to support the litigation and advisory teams. Since then, Olivia has assisted with discovery, trial preparation and file management. She has also undertaken research on a range of legal issues, including removal of executors, vaccination disputes between guardians and applications to transfer proceedings from the Family Court to the High Court. Olivia will work with the team full time over the summer period.

Olivia is in her final year of her BA/LLB(Hons) degrees. At law school, Olivia has studied a range of papers, including family law, family property, equity and civil procedure.
