Ashleigh is a graduate at Morris. Ashleigh completed her BA/LLB(Hons) conjoint degree at the University of Auckland in 2024. 

Prior to joining Morris, Ashleigh was a law clerk for a specialist relationship property and trust law barrister, assisting with legal research and drafting court documents, and a public law chambers, where she supported a team of human rights, constitutional and administrative law barristers. Ashleigh has experience in high conflict care of children matters, having worked as a contact supervisor at a supervision centre.

Ashleigh studied a variety of papers at university, including family law, employment law and civil procedure. Ashleigh's dissertation, Other Persons: Health and Safety in the Adventure Tourism Sector, explored reform to the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 in light of the Whakaari eruption. In 2023, Ashleigh was the student representative on The Law Association Family Law Committee.

Ashleigh assists the team at Morris with research and litigation support across a range of relationship property, trust, estate and care of children matters.
