Emma Gadsby

Emma joined Morris as a law clerk in 2022. Emma has a particular interest in and assists the team with the preparation of advice and proceedings relating to care of children, family violence, adoption and surrogacy matters.  Emma has experience in legal research and management of client files and provides general litigation support to the team.

At university, Emma studied a variety of papers including family law, evidence, wills and trusts, property and contract law.

Emma is a member of the Family Law Section and Auckland Women Lawyers' Association.
